If your goal is to sell quickly, then pricing it right in the first place will give you an easier sell.  Make sure your real estate agent understands your desire to sell quickly.  The agent will research comparable properties to see what they have been selling for to help you come up with the best listing price.

Think about who the perfect buyer will be for your individual piece of property.  What kinds of things will they be needing to verify before making you an offer?  If you check with the county ahead of time to find out all the information your buyer might ask, then you will have that ready and available should the question arise.  The buyer will appreciate your research and help them see that your property is going to work well for them.   What is the property zoned for?  What is the land use, and what can it be used for in the future?
